Sales Tax
GiftTrenz is required to collect sales tax in the following states at the rate in effect at the time of shipping your order: FL, MN.
The state tax rate will be calculated during the ordering process.
Orders shipping in other states are not charged sales tax at this time.

Following credit card approval, we ship your order via USPS (US Postal Service)
Standard delivery generally requires 2-5 working days for your order to reach its U.S. destination. Most orders will ship within 2 days.  
There is a $5.00 flat shipping fee for all purchases. There is no minimum order.

Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
We make every effort to keep our stock available. If an item is out of stock or not available for an extended time, we will notify you.

Returns policy
Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately. It is your responsibility to review the order content when it arrives.
If there is a problem with an item received, please return it to the box and contact us within 10 business days. DO NOT throw the item(s) away or original packing out. It is necessary that you retain the item(s) to be returned so that we may assess it for quality assurance.

We do not accept returns for purchases from other retail stores. Items purchased from a retail store must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
